Affi's Aubergine
Affi's Aubergine is our Premiere Product!
This old family recipe creates a flavorful blend from
several varieties of mesquite-grilled eggplant, fresh garlic, home-grown
herbs and a light olive oil.
Refrigerate Aubergine and it will last up to a month.
Serve at room temperature. Stir Aubergine well before serving.
Ingredients: Mesquite grilled eggplant, olive
oil, fresh garlic, spices, sea salt.
